Recently a potential DUCTZ Old Bridge customer called DUCTZ of Ctl Passaic, by mistake, with a serious problem. The CO2 monitor in their home was registering very high levels of carbon monoxide forcing the family out of the home. The local Fire Dept had made two visits to the home, and Public Service had actually been there 3 times. No one could pinpoint the source of the carbon monoxide leak. Joanne Dandrea called John Harvey to see if he had any ideas about helping out the family. John has a BNI contact who is an Inspector and able to troubleshoot CO2. John called his contact and forwarded information to Joanne. Joanne contacted the customer with Inspector information. The customer broke down into tears of relief that someone actually cared enough to help her. Customer called Inspector. Trouble averted! Through the assistance of DUCTZ, this family was pointed in the right direction to have their life-threatening problem solved, when other professionals were unable to help them. DUCTZ New Jersey, what a team!!!!
