Old buildings (especially ones on the Historic Register) can have cleaning challenges above and beyond what are typically found in a home or business. Because of our experience and cleaning protocols DUCTZ of North Phoenix was recently called to clean the air duct systems in two historic buildings. The first was a historic home in Mesa that had had a small fire, and the second was an alleged haunted saloon on Whisky Row in Prescott, AZ! We were able to clean both structures safely and efficiently without damaging the structures and now all of the occupants (living or otherwise...) have cleaner air to breathe and enjoy!
