Mold in the A/C System?

Homeowners don't realize that there could be a large contamination of mold inside their vents. Most times there has not been an odor and no signs that there could be a problem. What we usually find is debris in vents that has held onto the moisture and started growing mold. Once we have seen that we must find the water source. This has usually been a clogged condensation drain line, filling the coil area with water, and/or a wet crawlspace. Either one will cause a large amount of mold growth in the HVAC system unless if not dealt with. Have your system inspected, have your crawlspace looked at, and have your HVAC unit maintained twice a year.

Contact us, we offer free photo inspections and estimates.
